Panta Rei Events is a corporate event, sponsorship and destination management agency founded in Madrid in 2023.
Behind it, there's over 10 years of experience in the industry. We don't replicate formulas. Every project starts from scratch, designed to reflect your brand's essence and achieve what really matters: making your audience feel it and remember it.
We operate across Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Germany with a network of local partners that guarantee the same quality in any destination.

I've spent over 10 years in the events world. I walk into an empty space and I already picture where the magic goes. I hear a need and I see a complete experience.
I empathize deeply with brands. I understand what they want to express and anticipate what they need. I know that investing in an event or a sponsorship matters, and my job is to make sure every euro counts, that results are real, and that there are no regrets.
I'm resourceful, creative and deeply human. I pour myself into every project because I know that behind every event there's a real goal: to connect, to impact, to be remembered.
My work doesn't start when the event starts. It starts long before, so that when the moment comes, everything flows.
