Panta Rei Events is a corporate events, sponsorships and destination management agency founded in Madrid in 2023.
Behind it lies over 10 years of industry experience. We don't replicate formulas. Every project is born from scratch, designed to reflect your brand's essence and achieve what truly matters: making your audience feel it and remember it.
We operate across Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Germany with a network of local partners ensuring the same quality in any destination.

I've spent over 10 years in the events world. I walk into an empty space and already see where the magic goes. I listen to a need and envision a complete experience.
I deeply empathize with brands. I understand what they want to express and anticipate what they need. I know that investing in an event or sponsorship is important, and my job is to make every euro count, ensure results are real, and leave no room for regrets.
I'm resourceful, creative, and deeply human. I pour myself into every project because I know that behind every event there's a real objective: to connect, impact, and be remembered.
My work doesn't start when the event starts. It starts much earlier, so that when the moment arrives, everything flows.
